Very well looked after and maintained property. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was beautifully looked after each day. Would have been nice to have some choice of tea in our room and pretty miserly two sachets of coffee! We had lovely Breakfast each day. Lots of variety and beautifully presented and well cooked. We had one meal in our room and again very delicious and beautifully presented. It would have been nice to have more fresh water available in our room. We enjoyed the Balinese feast with live music and Balinese dancing.

We arrived and got a Queen bed when we asked for twin beds in our reservation, so they changed our room to a room near the road, all night long we heard traffic, the aircon was dicky and noisy, the toilet leaked and the shower leaked, then we opened the curtains, and our view was the rubbish tip. The TV was all Indonesian, and we had no access to Movies, News etc, because they had a problem with the internet, but did nothing about it. Then when i bought this to their attention upon our departure, they said Oh we are sorry . We paid $250.00 per night to stay in the worst Hotel we have ever stayed in 30 years of travelling to Bali. Please do not book this hotel, its terrible.

Rooms are a dated but functional, breakfast and other amenities are fantastic. Hotel is in a great location though it can be very noisy if you are allocated a room near the road so best to request the middle located bungalows

My sister and I had a lovely 12 nights at Legian Beach Hotel. The Bungalows were lovely to stay in although I found the mattress a little hard. The Adult pool is great with swim up bar. Lots of choices for breakfast.location is excellent with the beach being across the road and the choices of restaurants were just across the road.

We stayed here for the first time this year and can guarantee it won’t be the last time. From the minute we arrived until we left 2 weeks later we received fabulous service.the staff were superb ,always smiling, always helpful and friendly. Our villa was perfect,clean, private and spacious. Location to beach ,eateries and shopping ideal. Loved being involved in beach cleanup activity. Dinners at the restaurants were delicious.

Just returned from Legian beach resort and had a wonderful time. The resort is in a great location The rooms are a little older (our roof leaked when it rained) however they are clean and air conditioner was excellent. Overall 4/5 stars 😘 Would definitely stay again

We originally booked the Legian family room, when we arrived it’s at the back of the complex, and has no window in the room to see out. We paid a lot of money for that room, there was no hot water and tv didn’t work. We were so disappointed and really frustrated with the staff as we wanted to move rooms and they couldn’t understand. We eventually moved to a villa which was amazing however we had to pay extra. Hotel was in a great location, food around pool experience aswell as drinks!

When checking in the staff member was new, left to himself, made 3 attempts to get it right, very frustrating, two rooms booked, not joining as requested and confirmed with the resort. Booked same time, different price, given poor explanation of exchange rates. Overall, poor customer service.

I loved the location of the resort, and breakfast was fantastic but I didn’t like what time the pool closed. I thought that 7pm was too early. And the water was just too cold.
