Ok for a cheap night by the stadium.
Not bad for a cheap hotel, but room had mildew and hotel was run down on the outside, definitley could use some help. Room was ok and not bad priced for right by the stadium and great service. Would give it a 3 out of 5 but definitley not as nice like the pics show.

This was probably the worse hotel ive stayed in. No ac in any public area and its in texas which was 100 during the day. The decor was outdated and run down. In the 1st room ac didnt work and the tub felt like there was water under it and gave way when you stepped in. It was dirty in the public areas and only one elevator worked which was tiny and very far away. Only plus was the location for the nrg center.

The property is old and worn out, the AC system does not work. The room we were assigned to was 91 degrees and the staff could not repair it. One elevator not working, single elevator is very small and hot. DO NOT STAY HERE!

85 degrees during the day and 78 was lowest temperature at night in the room during July. The lobby, halls and elevator were a sauna. It was absolutely miserable. Patches on all the walls, leaking plumbing, and the smell of moth balls everywhere. People were leaving in the middle of the night. Everyone there was staying for a concert at NGR stadium, but it’s not worth it. Stay further down the street at a place at is nicer.

It served its purpose.
Hallways were hot and un-airconditioned, however, our room was very cold and comfortable, but did hear of SEVERAL (10+) families complain that they had no air in there rooms and management did nothing. Upon checking in to our room, there was a massive wet spot under the carpet at the entry way of our door, was going to complain to the staff until we heard of others having air problems and decided to pick and choose our battles since others problems were far worse than ours. Hotel is very outdated, but convince was nice to the NGR stadium.

Great place to crash
We were in town for a concert the proximity to NRG cannot be be beat. The front desk/lobby and hallways were a bit warm and we only saw one working elevator but our room was comfortable and we were only on the second floor so we just used the stairs. It suited our needs as we just needed a place to change and crash for the night.

This hotel is very old. It badly needs updating. The carpets are dirty. Our AC worked, but many others we talked to theirs did not work. The elevators did not work. We had to climb through the stair wells with our luggage. The entire hotel had a very musty smell, especially the hallways. The balconies over looking the pool should be cleaned up. The pool itself was green.

Very close to NRG Hotel hit hard by hurricane Beryl. Hallways and some rooms with no A/C. Also only 1 working elevator which broke down during the stay. Had to walk up 4 flights of stairs for breakfast and to check out. Nice clean hotel hope they fix the A/C and elevator issues soon

The experience was horrible the clerk messed up the reservation thatctook about 1 hour to correct the air condition didnt work in the lobby or the hallways and the elevator was out so we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs will never come back

The hotel does not have air conditioning in the reception or in the breakfast room, the elevator did not work, the ice machine did not work either, access to the hotel is confusing, since you have to enter through another hotel to get there.

Never checked in. The man at the front desk was extremely rude and tried charging me 150$ on top of my original booking fee. Need to shut the place down. Revamp everything from facilities to personnel.

We came for a concert and the convenience of how close to NRG, was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. They had a good breakfast and very clean rooms!
