Your basic chain hotel stay.
Room was clean and spacious. Location was close to main road without being on it allowing easy access to area. Breakfast was standard fare but hot and tasted good. Biggest downside was the door closest to our room was out of order and parking near the main entrance is limited meaning you had to drag luggage all around the hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable, front desk was helpful. Breakfast was terrible. The food was always empty and choices limited compared to Richmond. Room wasn't cleaned and was told they only clean every other day. That was not mentioned until I came back to an uncleaned room and had to go get towels and coffee

The staff was absolutely AMAZING! An that was mostly an inconvenience was handled above and beyond expectation. I could not appreciate the friendly conversation and overall helpfulness during a very tough trip to attend the funeral of a close family member. 10 stars out of 5 for this staff. Thank you all.
