The view of Songdo Central Park and the city skyline was amazing! Location and property were great too, and staff were very friendly. It was oddly challenging to get a bath towel for our child despite a phone call to reception but overall a great stay.

I was deeply impressed by the kind service of the staff during the check-in process. The access to Central Park made it very suitable for a walk, and the view from the room was also excellent.

I can feel aged for this hotel. Clean but old. Air conditioner is not strong enough.. we are moved other hotel. But duty manager was very helpful. Nice area .

Beautiful and convenient hotel with excellent and responsive staff. Yue was the best Chinese resteraunt I have been to and the meal will be memorable and hard to emulate. Wonderful views of Cemtral Park and close to the arts centre and urban museum, convenient to Port and Airport. Proximity to Lotte and Convensia a plus. Beautiful atmosphere, sunsets and comfortable well appointed rooms. I hope to come again.

Stayed at the Sheraton for a week on a business trip to Incheon. The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. Great gym and very comfortable bed. The hotel is across the street from Central Park which is great for walking or jogging. All around a great stay.
