This motel is unsanitary and unsafe. The staff was as friendly as could be. But the overall quality of this motel is dated. My room was dirty, chairs were broken and had stains on them. The fabric was deteriorating. The outside was sketchy. There were cars with flat tires and cars with no plates. There were people hanging around with pitbull dogs. Overall, i would not recommend this motel.

Not the newest hotel in town, but clean, quiet, and well maintained. Has everything you, at least I, need in a room. A couple miles from campus/downtown, but sometimes that’s a good thing. Incredibly convenient for events at Celebration Farm.

Not the target audience?
I wonder if we booked the wrong place? It felt like it was intended for extended stays instead of just a short stop on a family vacation. At the end of our hallway were apartments that looked lived in as opposed to more hotel rooms. When we checked in and checked out there were people talking to the employees behind the desk like longtime friends instead of one night stay guests. It felt like my family was interrupting a conversation when we needed to check in and check out. Also, none of the high chair straps worked at breakfast so be careful with the little ones!
