Friendly staff. Great suggestions for breakfast. Mostly clean facilities. The AC dodnt work, we asked to borrow a fan, the room was about 85 degrees inside.

Staff tried to be helpful but were limited, a manager had to approve certain things, While the room appeared to be clean, the floors turned the bottom of your feet black. The air conditioning would not work but they did give us a fan. It was too late to move to another hotel. I will never go back.

It’s a Motel 6 and very much what you’d imagine a typical Motel 6 to be. The girl at the front desk was stellar— I have to be sure to put that out there. She was kind, bright, efficient, and I saw her carrying things to peoples’ doors, answering the phones, and managing the hotel’s laundry. Give her a raise. The room looked like it had been “updated” relatively recently but not in a comprehensive way. It was more like a sheet of newer vinyl had been plastered over the previous one and some paint had been assed to the room. Fortunately, there was no carpet. My kid enjoyed the pool, and I was grateful it was there. The proximity to Lake Sammamish can’t be beat. I’m just blown away by the price. It’s amazing what “the market will bear” in that area of the city. It’s not luxurious but it’s not a pit, either.

I had booked this hotel for 3 nights but only stayed for one and asked for a refund on the rest. The head of the bed is right next to the window and at 2 AM someone was tapping on the window which was scary. Also the air conditioning in the rooms do not work at all. It was cooler outside than in the room. We went and talked to the front desk about the issue and they said that they dont really cool the rooms in any room but let us change rooms to one they believed may be cooler. It was, but not by much. The staff were all very pleasant so no complaints about them. But the motel itself was terrible.

My room smelled like pee and mildew,bed was a twin not a queen. When I asked about a bigger bed I was told all the beds were that size. Staff was nice but the stay was horrible.

What you’d expect for a budget option. Some things didn’t work in the room, like the A/C and a light. Bed was not comfortable and only had one pillow per person (we asked for more and they didn’t have any). But positives were a shower with good water pressure and they were able to provide a box fan to mitigate the broken A/C.

Its was so bad we asked for our money back! Air conditioning not working the room tem was 81. Police and swat team were there. The city has turned the hotel over to the homeless! Would not ever stay there again!

Water leak in the bathroom under the flooring. It came up between the planks and soaked my stocking feet when changing for dinner in the evening. Still visibly wet the next morning. Shower ran hot, cold, hot, cold without touching the controls. weird. Excess charges so that total bill was close to 160 for a two star property.

We had to switch rooms because the first did not have any air condition that worked and it was miserably hot. The second room also did not have any working AC. The shower floor was dusty no soaps or shampoo were provided nor were there any washcloths to wash up with.
