I’ve tried contacting the manager a couple of times with no success so here we go. The front desk staff were lovely and as helpful as they could be.
The main issue was the fake floral scent they use for a cleaning product in the room. Many people are sensitive to fragrance and dyes and it hit you like a wall the second you opened the door. My husband and children, who are not sensitive to fragrances generally, noticed it was overwhelming and we had the door open to try and air it out a little bit. However that was not successful, I ended up sleeping only about 2 to 3 hours and having a headache the entire next day due to that scent. The front desk staff again, were accommodating and allowed me to check out a few other rooms to move to but only one of them had working air conditioning. So we moved, put our items in the room, and head out for lunch. When we arrived back at the hotel at 2:30, that floral smell was very overwhelming in that room as well and we decided there was no way we could stay another night. my health was at risk now having a severely irritated throat. I was not issued my money back because she said it was too late to check out but she would put a message to the manager to see if they could bypass that. It’s been days and I still have not heard from the manager. She has ignored my messages. Will never go back again.
Also every single entrance and the courtyard has people smoking constantly. It would be nice if there was a designated area.
