Kids loved the arcade! We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Close to everything in Jackson Hole and really nice we could have pie dogs with us! Everyone there was kind and helpful. Would definitely go back.

Confusion
Check-in was a tedious process. The clerk had to go into the back room multiple times to check things. I was given a card that offered an upgrade on the room, but when I inquired, the clerk didnā€™t know anything about it. The room we were given was exactly what I reserved, so Iā€™m not sure what the upgrade was. Check-out went much smoother and clerks were friendly. The room was cleaner than most others we stayed at in the area with nicer towels. It was quiet. Appeared to have plenty of on-site entertainment.
