We enjoyed our stay, the property was clean. Housekeeping was attentive and did a good job. Parking in the evening was a challenge sometimes but was doable. Hotel was close to pretty much everything. I would definitely stay there again.

Decent place to stay in Jackson Hole. Pros: Comfortable beds, we enjoyed our massages at the spa, and complimentary shuttle with very nice driver. Cons: Hot tub was constantly crammed with kids, once the breakfast buffet runs out thatā€™s it until the next day (and people are vultures), not easily walkable to the main downtown area. We also got charged an extra $180 for ā€œresort feesā€ which seemed excessive for a hotel that is most definitely not a resort. Overall the stay was fine but Iā€™d likely look for another spot next time.

The room was fine, over priced in my opinion. The door is no buffer for the noise you can hear in the hallway but the location was great and the room was clean with a comfortable bed!

The aesthetic at the hotel is wonderful. It has that northwestern lodge feel and the carvings of wildlife throughout entrance and lobby are cute as a bugā€™s ear. The free breakfast is good. The dinner offerings from the bar/restaurant are quite good as well. Jen the bartender was fantastic. There is something of note howeverā€¦ Jackson has a very difficult time hiring staff because the cost of living and housing market has become so expensive in the area. For this reason housekeeping is only available every other day rather than every day.
