I really liked the quiet room. It was clean and nicely equipped. It had a Keurig coffee maker with Starbuck pods. What I think kept me from 5 stars are sheets irritated my skin, no shower caps, cleaning the room every other day. With that said, the breakfast was good, and I would definitely stay there again. I would recommend the hotel for the size of the room and the quiet well-built building.

We had such a horrible experience at this property. The housekeeping staff opened our room door and walked inside the room without our permission twice. This is invading our privacy. We had tagged do not disturb sign and we didn’t even call them. Extremely bad experience even after paying such a premium price never expected there won’t be privacy in a hotel like this.

A little too far to walk into town with young kids (it’s about a mile) but the shuttle was super convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel surrounded by mountains. Friendly staff. Some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel. Clean inside and out. Only complaint would be the dining options inside the hotel. Small menu with bar like food options and only open certain hours.

The Lodge was very pretty, had a nice, cold pool, offered a great breakfast (did not allow for early adventures though,) and was convenient located. Rooms were pricey for the value. There should have been coffee available downstairs all day as well as a breakfast available for those who needed to leave before 7 a.m.
