Very dingy, very unclean, hot tub jets didn't work, fitness room was closed, pictures online were doing ALOT of work. Employees were super friendly though. With quality this poor, we won't be using this chain again.

I did like that there was a pool and jacuzzi, but everything was old and needed updating. The kitchen worker wasn't friendly. Average breakfast. The desk person was nice. The first room had a leak around the toilet, we were able to move to a different room.

We recently stayed at AmericInn and had a generally enjoyable experience. The pool was a highlight, and our room was spacious. However, there were a few areas for improvement: - The bathroom door didn't allow the toilet door to open fully. - Housekeeping should be more proactive and not require requests to clean the room. - The website should be updated to reflect that the gym is out of order due to flooding. - One of the stairwells had a strong mold smell. - Front desk staff were friendly but could be more attentive to guests passing through the lobby. - If housekeeping is only available upon request, more supplies (towels, toiletries) should be easily accessible in the rooms. Overall, with some minor adjustments, AmericInn has the potential to provide a more comfortable and convenient stay for its guests.

Bathrooms need updates/deep cleaning. Air conditioner needs cleaning, it smelled up the whole room, which we had to air out b4 we could even occupy. No one working at the breakfast. Tables were dirty, pancake mix was empty, waffle machine was broken. Don't advertise free breakfast, if you're actually not providing breakfast.

The carpet was a little tired. The pool area was closed without being swept, (there were Goldfish crackers strewn about overnight). Neither of these items kept us from enjoying our stay.
