China House Restaurant

Hotel was excellent! But we want to leave a few words about an amazing Chinese restaurant in the hotel. We had an amazing dining experience at this Chinese restaurant China House at the Grand Hyatt Jeju, so much so that we went two nights in a row! On our first visit, we enjoyed the hot pot, and on the second night, we had the Beijing duck—both were exceptional. The food was the closest to authentic Chinese cuisine we’ve had in Korea.
A special mention to Jennifer, who provided outstanding service. She was professional, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience, especially for my pregnant wife, taking extra care to explain the dishes and accommodate her needs.
Great food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere—highly recommended! We will definitely be returning.
