The property was good overall. The staff was very friendly and professional. The room showed some signs of aging that could be touched up but nothing overwhelming. The view of the NYC skyline is also nice if that’s something you care about. I would recommend and would also stay there again.

The hotel is in desperate need of modernisation. My room was fusty and had a damp smell, but this was due to zero ventilation as the windows wouldn’t open. It was clean, however. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were fantastic.

Prepaid 3 night stay. Couldn’t provide me a room on the first night. Several people sleeping on lobby floor and furniture for hours. Given room at 4am next day. Room stunk really bad like cigarettes. Had to wait longer for another room. Worst hotel management experience ever.

Pros: Friendly check in service. Complimentary waters provided. Conveniently located with reasonable shuttle costs to the stadium. It was quiet in the evening. Cons: There was no refrigerator and the conditioner in the shower was empty. Terrible service at breakfast

The Restaurant Staff were amazing. When I booked the room, I confirmed there was free parking and breakfast. When I checked in, I was told that since there was an event that the Stadium that the parking and breakfast wasn't included in my reservation. When I arrived the type of room, I prepaid for wasn't going to be ready for hours, which I arrived around 4:30pm after the check in time. They could place us in a room that was a step down with smaller beds. I requested a refund of the difference between the two rooms, I was told that they couldn't refund the difference since I prepaid, however, they would give me free parking and breakfast. That is very frustrating. The room, the smelled, there were stains on the carpet, it looked like it had not been vacuumed. The AC/Heat did not work properly, we froze all night. Outlets were falling out of the wall (hanging by the wires). I hadn't noticed until the next morning when I tried to plug in my laptop to work for a bit before we checked out. A bit scary if I had a small child in that room. I do want to recognize the Restaurant staff, very friendly and attentive. I enjoyed my time in the restaurant and the food was delicious.
