Upon walking in, the hotel looks beautiful. It was sold out for a concert in the area. We got into our room and the entire carpet was damp, like it had just be shampooed. The room had a extremely musty smell to it and my allergies immediately started acting up. They could not switch my room because they were sold out. I didn't sleep well because of the smell and the headache it gave me. When I checked out, I told them again. They gave me a coupon for the breakfast buffett. The hotel was extremely expensive and I was very disappointed.

Convenient location for my business. Great that they have Starbucks and a convenience store in house, especially when it's business travel. Staff were nice, hotel is clean, bed is so comfortable. Would recommend!

We arrived early @ 11:15 AM & we hoped to get early check In. However, front desk person was not helpful at all! He just said our room would not be ready until possibly 4 PM! We know regular check-In is 4PM. However, we thought he would at least pull up our reservation & request house keeping to make our room priority since we arrived 4 & 1/2 hours early! We had king bed & room & bathroom we’re all nice & updated. Sunday, buffet breakfast was very good & restaurant was updated very Nice! Saturday, flank steak was not “medium” & was more on the “well done” side. We had very friendly staff @ both lunch & breakfast! Overall 4 stars! Ubers easy access to get around & we used “Redd’s” shuttle to get to Kenny Chesney concert @ MetLife.

Not the best but not the worst.
It was ok. Nothing to rave about. It’s outdated and could use some upgrades. No microwave or fridge in our room. There was a microwave in the main floor which is crazy for a 21 story hotel. I prob wouldn’t stay again unless my 2nd to last resort.

The room that we stayed in has no hot water. We called the hotel front desk to ask if they could send someone to fix it but no one arrived. The room was old carpet needs to be replaced. Our overall experience was not good.

I am so disappointed at this so-called Hilton. Breakfast is not good. Th room condition is poor. The hot water is not stable. The shuttle bus doesnt stop at the train station as it said. We waited there for 20 min and saw the shuttle bus woosh away. So upset about this place.

Got There n elevators weren't working and fire alarm going off. Eventually overtime was fine but they weren't the most friendly when it came Down to it!

I have stayed at many Hilton hotels throughout the USA, and this has been the worse .the toilet was stopped up, the front desk never answered when I called, the ice machines were broken except on two floors, .I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
