I knew when I checked in and the front desk person was chewing gum with her mouth open, that things would not go well. I had an issue with a staff member knocking on my door at 10.30pm and waking me to hand over brochures that were meant for another room. I had an issue with a terrible odour in my bathroom because the housemaids were not putting water regularly into the bathroom floor drain. The hotel is in a great location but old and desperately needs renovating. Julia and Michael in guest services were amazing and should be rewarded.

Tropicana Atlantic City: Business-friendly resort with outdoor pool and 13 restaurants. Located in the entertainment district.
"The room was nice, but the water in the bathroom sink never got hot and the bathtub shower crystal knob was cracked so we had to wrap a towel around it so we didn't cut our finger. Maintenance came up, but they said they couldn't fix it even after they attempted to replace it."
