The room was dirty . Bed sheets had stains . Asked room service for new bed sheets . New ones still had stains . Pillows had stains. Couch had crumbs and toothed picks inside in between cushions . Crumbs of chips on carpet and tables . Windows were very dirty . Shower had hand prints on the glass doors. Towels has holes and stains . Was very disgusted .

Hotel is really nice, bed was a bit soft but otherwise the room was great. Checkin staff wasn’t great, didn’t tell us anything or give us any Information and seemed to have a bit of an attitude. All other staff were fantastic
