We were in the west tower and the room was terrible. The bathroom was disgusting, our non-smoking room smelled like smoke, the a/c and heat were not working and the temperature in the room was unbearable. The morning of check out we had no water in the bathroom. Terrible stay and definitely not worth the money we paid

The restaurants, bars,casino and shopping was very nice. My biggest problems was the room. I stayed in the North Tower and soon as i got off the elevator it smelled like smoke. When i got in the room my room smelled like weed and cigarettes mind you i dont smoke so it was very frustrating to smell that. I called guest services they sent someone to spray thats all. After 10 mins that scent was gone back to the weed smell. There was no microwave in the roomand the TV was old couldnt watch netflix or anything. Ive been coming to AC for years this was my first time staying at Tropicana. I will not come back nor will i recommend this hotel

The hotel was better than expected for the price. Easy check in and out. The room was very, very noisy as well as a pipe in the bathroom. Housekeeping came one day but not the next. Restaurants we ate at also very good.

There were Roaches in the room, shower spraied everywhere and the tub filled with water and didn’t go down while showering. Rug wasn’t vacuumed window dirty. Complained to front desk but they didn’t even try to accommodate us at All. Just offered us a $50 meal comp. Worst stay I have ever encountered.

The front desk staff member who checked us in went above and beyond with her thoughtfulness and attention to our needs. When I mentioned my mother's mobility limitations, she immediately took action to ensure our comfort, placing us in a perfectly located room just an elevator ride away from the casino floor. Her genuine kindness and proactive approach made such a difference in our experience.

Tropicana charged additional money during check-in. I had paid the price online through hotels.com, but at the time of check-in, I was asked to pay additional money for the same room as the booking was from third party vendor (hotels.com), and the staff at front-desk was saying that she could not get the full details of the reservations as it was from third party vendor (hotels.com). For a room worth $131, in-spite of booking it in advance, I ended up paying $205.

Took my boyfriend here for his birthday. A lot of things to experience and explore. Room was great. Loved the bathroom. Great mirror with nice lighting. Great room, clean, and comfy. The only thing I think that could be better was knowing where to park since the hotel is huge! Each parking garage leads to a different part of the hotel rooms. Depending where your room is at. We did self parking so I think that is what made it a lil bit confusing. Which you can pull right up to the hotel front entrance and valet will park your car for you. And one more thing is the map of the hotel. It doesn’t show you where everything is. But that isn’t terrible it was kinda of nice to walk around and see it as surprise. Lots of restaurants, stores, bars, and good interior.
