This hotel has everything you need under one roof. Stayed in the Havana Tower. Room was nice and seemed updated. Very nice weekend getaway. Will be back.

I understand this is a more affordable choice for a hotel in AC, but the non-smoking room reeked of stale smoke, the floors were sticky, and the room felt like it was a warehouse room because of the echo. Terrible place. I wouldn't want my 22 year old son to stay here.

Had not stayed at Tropicana for a few years although we frequently go to Atlantic City. Stayed in the Havana tower and had a beautiful clean room. Dining options are plentiful and were treated well by the personnel.

Would hangout at amenities but wouldn’t use hotel

Horrible stay I’m so sad. Walked into the hotel and was so excited because it is like paradise and then go to the room and feel like I’m in a motel. Smelt like smoke (no smoking room) the bathroom was gross there was coffee splatter on the light in the bathroom, the toilet was so old and was dirty, the shower curtain had blue cleaning products splashed on it but yet was black. Maintenance had to come because there was no hot water. I never leave reviews because I feel like you should tell the problem to management first because it could just be a “bad day” but no one would listen they said ok thank you for telling us and that was it. I called the main number and they sent maintenance to come clean it again and gave me a $50 credit but they came and it was still just as bad

The check in and check out process is horrible. The lines in the Havana tower are long. Checking out was another fiasco, all of the elevators weren’t working and the heading down to the casino level took over an hour from the 55th floor.
