The rooms need to cleaned better my room was very dusty shower curtain had mold. Also when it’s check in time there should be more customer representatives I was only line for a hour and ten minutes.

It is a pleasure to stay at The Tropicana. The food selection is great. We particularly enjoyed the food and drinks at Cuba Libre restaurant. Can’t wait to revisit!

Everything was clean and very nice The only thing I had problems with is finding my way around No one told us you could catch a bus on other side of boardwalk I guess only problem is I feel the motel should give the guest more info

No towels in the bathroom when we checked in. Tried to get some help and I couldn’t get anyone in the phone. The next day I put a request to have someone clean the room and take the trash out. 4:30 PM and the room was still the same, spoke to someone and was told that the hotel doesn’t clean the rooms on a daily basis

I think the room could have been cleaner. There was a mysterious wet brown spot on the carpet. I placed a towel down not to step on it. Edges around the sink were a bit gross. Beds felt clean. Limited tv options. Restaurants in hotel were pretty good.

This is a 2 start hotel. carpets were stain; no room service( cleaning). ANYONE has access to the elevators to the room and when i say anyone; i mean a homeless person or a criminal can actually take the elevator to the rooms. There was a lot of crack heads everywhere too. Did not find anything special or attractive at all about this hotel & the indoor pool is falling apart.

Overpriced and dirty. The rooms are ok, decent size and nice view. Most of the common areas are littered with trash and dirty. Rarely see anyone cleaning.
