The rooms are huge-easily sleeps 6 people! The location is lovely, and it is across from the beach, pier, splash pad, etc. ; however, the town and hotel are on a cliff above the beach, so you do need to go down many stairs and take a 15 minute walk to the sandy beach. This hotel is PERFECT for a romantic getaway!

The lights on our nightstands did not work. Parking was free all day open to the public. Had to hunt for parking spots when paying $1500 for 3 nights. Restaurant was good. Breakfast is delicious. Room was clean, plenty of towels and toiletries. Room was on 3rd floor so did not have the best view of the lake, hidden by trees. Friendly staff and they left out small treats in lobby on some nights. Best thing about it was that it was within walking distance of all the stores/restaurants. If I went back to St. Jo, I would try staying somewhere else before staying here again. The parking was ridiculous for the amount we spent.

Hotel was very clean and friendly staff. Rooms were okay kinda of dated my only complaint was the ac in the room was set at 69 and could have been able to cool better. Service especially at the Bistro attached restaurant was top notch well above 5 stars

I stayed for one night, 6 people total. Facility is well maintained and clean. Convenient location at 10 minutes walking distance to Silver Beach. Didn’t try eating at the Bistro but menu options look overpriced.

The newly renovated rooms are nice. What I didn’t like for the money you spend there were no bowls, cups or silverware & no paper towels. I found that extremely inconvenient for the price you pay for a 2 bedroom suite.

Very nice. I was hesitant because of some reviews but this place is a gem. I’m a hotel snob and we were upgraded without even asking. Fantastic location. Walked to the beach, then back to the hotel to shower, straight out to watch the sunset and walked to get ice cream.Fantastic 24 hr girls getaway. We will be back!
