Front desk person was friendly and helpful. Kitchen staff did not engage with visitors. We were missing a fire extinguisher in our room. The bed was quite comfortable and the room was pretty clean.

Our room was invested with small ants. We had to throw away food and drinks. We told the front desk twice and asked for any traps or for someone to place them and they never did anything. We ended up checking out early because of this and ending our vacation early. We asked for additional towels on day 1 as there was not enough in our room and were told we had to wait for house keeping to come. I usually only stay and choice hotels but next time I would not stay here.

What I didnt like was the toilet in the washroom. The toilet was not attached to the floor and rocketed when you sat upon it. I was offered another room but said that it was ok. The desk manager was to make a note to have it repaired. But the next morning the Desk Manager said that he had not seen the message. I believe the reason was because he had not checked the log. The time was 9:30 am. I decided to use the washroom on the main level by the breakfast room and discovered that there were no paper towels. The breakfast room was ok except for sausages and what was suppose to be fried eggs. Also on the wall plaque the name of Manager of the Inn was not posted. On the possitive side..when we checked The lady at the desk was excellent. She suggested a place that we could eat that evening and even made a fresh pot of coffee for my wife that evening

Hotel staff was rude, rolled her eyes when I asked to check in. Tried to charge me double as a deposit when we just stayed at the exact same hotel 2 weeks prior. Needless to say will never be staying there again.

This property is a bit dated. We were booked for three nights. The original room that we stayed in was clean. The shower, however, would not work and the tub was very slow to drain. Upon notifying the front desk they sent someone to our room immediately but the repair was not something they could correct immediately. We waited about an hour and then left the property for the day. When we returned a new room was available for us. The overall condition of the property was average and although they did offer a breakfast it to was average. The biscuits and eggs were over cooked but they had other options that were nice such as yogurt, waffles, fruit and cereal. Coffee, tea, juices and milk were available. It was nice having ice cold lemon water available around the clock. They also offer an indoor pool. The value was commensurate with the cost.
