Glacier international Lodge was genuinely one of my favorite hotel visits ever. I couldn’t believe how darling it was, especially considering it’s so close to the airport. We could not have selected a better location. Our view was exquisite with the mountain. My little one loves to swim, so after a yummy breakfast of homemade waffles and everything else you could want, we were able to go swimming at the indoor pool with the fun twisty slide. Then we hopped on out for a day of hiking and adventures. It was a fantastic day and I would go back over and over highly recommend families or anyone staff was so kind.

We had a great stay. The pool and hot tub were really good for kids. The breakfast was amazing and had different options each day. Tessa works her butt off keeping up with the demand for breakfast as well as keeping the tables clean. She is such a lovely person and really made our day with her positive attitude and hard work.

Property was fine. At checkin there were issues with the payment system. One front desk person was “on hold” and did nothing to assist patrons for checking in. The second person appeared overwhelmed. We were given keys to a room. We tried the key and it failed to let us in. I went back to the lobby to stand in line again as the checkin person was still on hold, and the line of patrons checking in had grown longer. I was issued an another key, went back to the assigned room, and the key failed to open the door again. I went back to the front desk, stood in line for a third time. The agent checked the key and room assignment and determined that we had been assigned the wrong room number. When we tried the key on the new room number it worked just fine. Both front desk agents require remedial customer service training.

My only issue with this property was the shower. It was a shower, only no tub and it only had a half glass for a door very hard to stay warm in the shower. When half the door is not there. And this was by design it was not broken.
