Booked a family room deluxe for 4 pax. TV channels canā€™t scan although the staff came to check it. As for the bathroom, the shower head broke and the staff need to tie it with a string, the bedroom aircond canā€™t adjust the swing too. And for the bed, my family and I got bitten by bedbugs. Itā€™s been 4 days and the bites are still very itchy.

Very bad and not what was advertised
The room was very disappointing. The room was small, cramped and not suited for four people. There was no window and so it felt very claustrophobic. The staff were non-existent. The towels were not changed once during the stay and the beds were not made once either. Will not suggest to anybody travelling without car as the hotel is isolated.

Pros : The room was clean and bright. Room is not stuffy with adequate ventilation. Cons : The air conditioner was located directly above one of the single beds. This made the person sleeping on that bed feeling uncomfortable with the direct air conditioning. No lift available for those who has difficulty climbing stairs. (Fortunately, staff was great to offer help in carrying heavy luggage to room)
