Excellent property in pristine condition
A great stay to be had. Attentive service with amazing breakfast spread. Comfortable bed and freezing AC with a hot water and water pressure that made me want to live there. Excellent views of the city and though not strictly walkable, accessible to Kandy.

Best place to stay in Kandy
The staff were amazing , very attentive . The rooms were spotless and the view fresh m the roof terrace are the best in the city .the owner speaks perfect English and was extremely helpful . I couldn’t recommend this place enough !

This place lakes basic amenities like Toiletries. No intercom. If you need anything, you need to go and call someone. WiFi sucks big time. Need lots of improvement for family stay.

We stayed 1 day at the Grand Orchid Residence, with breakfast. We stayed in the family room. Clean and modern rooms with airco and super good douche. Breakfast was good and we had the possibility to order an ala carte diner for a good price. Frendly staff with helpend us with some problems we have with lost baggage. Spectacular view over Kandy, essentially at night. Highly recommended.

Wir waren sehr positiv von der Lage dem Komfort und vor allem der Freundlichkeit bei unserer Ankunft überrascht.
