There was only one chair in the room for us to sit on. Staff claimed that was because the room was a handicapped room and one of the occupants was supposed to be in a wheelchair. Did they never think that a wheelchair bound person might like to get out of the wheelchair and have a more comfortable seat? The bathroom door was unable to be closed. The room was poorly cleaned when cleaned every other day. Breakfast service was understaffed.

Midwest middle class mom here. We were in town for soccer. New property and amenities. Had a workout room that was very nice. Nice new TVs. Bed was comfy. Daughter slept on sofa bed but left it as a couch since it was a large, almost day bed size. Large desk space. Staff was friendly. Really nice lobby and outdoor patio both with tons of seating. Laundry facility available I believe for $2 a load. LOTS of restaurants and shopping within a mile. The huge AMC movie theater is basically in the parking lot which was great for sports siblings needing something to do. Easy on/off the interstate. Black bear cafe, Texas Roadhouse, Torchys Tacos, SuperTarget all within very close walking distance. There is a pool, I didnt see it. We had some ants in our room. There was no fan in the bathroom so showers left the entire room hot and humid. The room refigerators are tiny. No free breakfast which is unfortunate for such a nice place - you are paying for a nice hotel and in my opinion it should at least have bagels, fruit, cereal, granola bars. There is a full menu breakfast available but it’s basically a restaurant you have to pay for it. I would stay there again.

Stayed for a basketball tournament, the facility was clean- literally smelled amazing, the moment you walked in! Staff was accommodating and super nice! The pool was warm and clean!! Loved the lobby too, we spend time hanging with the parents at the bar!
