The room smelled icky, the shower had mold in between the tiles. Carpet was stinky. The floor in the bathroom was gross. Yellow around the floor by toilet. All around I would never stay there again especially for $245 No Way!

We loved this property. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Monique at the front desk was quick, helpful (provided us with advice on how to get to our destinations). The nightly reception was very nice and the area is a nice place to sit and relax. Morning breakfast was amazing with so many options to choose. We loved this hotel and would highly recommend.

I like Embassy suite hotels for many reasons. I like the room layout with separate sleeping area. Very spacious. I also like the evening reception and made to order omlettes at breakfast. The bed was awful. It was not comfortable at all and my back is killing me today. Staff was friendly. I asked for a complimentary upgrade which I know was available, as i could have reserved it online. So I hate it when staff lies and says we don't have any upgrades available. Just tell me you're not going to give me one for whatever reason. It was our wedding anniversary and my birthday. Would have been nice to have some special treatment which I put on the reservation and a message to hotel 3 hours before we even checked in. Otherwise the hotel was a good stay. Clean, and quiet.

Love their breakfast, making it very convenient. I would just say that staff needs to learn about allergies while making fresh breakfast because same frying pan was being used , just wiped, no gloves being changed. When one says "allergies" gloves also need to be disposed!! Emabassy suites I have noticed overall DO NOT tach their staff of changing gloves. Otherwise everyting else was good.

The property was good overall but the finishes of the property made it feel dirty, like the ceiling above my toilet had water damage, the area around the toilet and under the sink was leaking so the floor was constantly wet, the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling, and also there mold in the corners around the tub but other than this the stay was good, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was awesome.

Hotels.com upcharges you $20 for a breakfast buffet that is already included with every room. Front desk double charged the incidental fee upon check in saying first one was declined without showing any proof it was declined while I showed that the fee was deducted from my account. 3 days later still have not refunded that amount. Made to order breakfast is just a breakfast buffet with a made to order omelette station, and one of two waffle irons were out of order, as well as one of two elevators out of order.
