This is the property you want to stay at when traveling it gives you the feeling of home away from home with full size fridge, dishwasher, stove etc... This place is excellent and staff is friendly. I highly recommend.

Not up to my standards
Sheets and beds were clean but the floor was not clean. This place is an older place that needs renovations and upgrades. It’s just time. We won’t be back until that happens especially with the nasty carpet

The clerk was nice once I arrived for check in. She gave me 2 keys and went to our room. Walk in the room and it hasn’t been cleaned as the bed hasn’t been made. Go speak with the desk clerk and she didn’t offer a room basically said what’s your number and I’ll call you when it’s ready. I asked for another room as we didn’t want to wait since housekeeping hadn’t got to the room and didn’t know how long it would be. Then had issues with keys and they kept saying it was a bad box of keys. Not once did we receive an apology for all the mishaps as we kept having to get them to reprogram our key. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night as we just weren’t comfortable there. The room was prepaid and we just ate the cost. Peace and comfort for my family and I is what’s important and we didn’t get that.

Not what it used to be
Stayed here many times for Festival International. It’s not as good as it used to be. The breakfast seems scaled back from the previous visits & they were out of coffee when I went down on the 2nd morning. The housekeeping didn’t come by for our 2-night stay, so we weren’t stocked on coffee & the shower gel had run out. The floors were a bit sticky when we checked in. All in all, it seemed much better during previous stays. It was nice to have a 2 bedroom suite & it was comfortable, so those would be some positives. Also, check-in was super fast & front desk staff were friendly.
