Firstly, our stay was very good and the resort was a haven away from the crazy hustle of the surrounding, very touristy places. The food was great and the pools were lovely. Concierge was nothing more than a tour booking service.

The property is beautiful. Like a lush jungle alongside a beach with so much to do. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I had a 1bdr penthouse villa and it was beautiful and spacious with a mini bar that had soft drinks and beer for purchase.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was kind, attentive and helpful. The rooms were super clean and the restaurant offered great variety. However, I booked this hotel thinking I would have access to the infinity pool pictured on the profile but, it turns out that is only for residence who live in the condos of the hotel, so this was a bit misleading. Every thing else was great.

Hotel is nice and clean but need some updates, the shower was not working properly.. could not get warm water, was either too hot or just cold. My friends air conditioning stop working suddenly. I end up loosing mysteriously my prescription glasses in the room. I never took them out of the room. Be very careful with personable values.

Really enjoyed my stay at Paradox, the staff are really nice and helpful, the grounds are beautiful and nice and close to the beach...with the size of the place it was still peaceful and quiet, the Coconut pool always had a free lounger and again was nice and quiet...breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty, and offered different dishes every day...the place uses an app to keep you informed of various activities going on which was really great, would absolutely stay here again...

Beautiful gardens & perfectly situated. Staff were friendly, warm & caring & efficient. Great pool, close to many great dining options & right on the beach. Took tours on two days that were well organised through the tour desk. Sunset from our room was stunning most nights. Would return in a heartbeat.

Dual access to road & beach, excellent location for Karon, Kata, Phuket town & all the trips. Good & service excellent across the board & Mint is a great stop for pre & post dinner cocktails… oh & happy hour at the pool bar 4-6pm… have had a great stay & highly recommend to everyone. We had a Cottage king so got to use the quieter Coconut pool too. Thanks for a fab holiday
