Great room! Step right out your patio door and into the pool. Meet your friends at the swim up bar with the charming bartender. This is a bit higher end hotel. I would recommend the ground floor rooms with pool access.

What I wish from the beginning was I could jump into the bathtub from the swimming pool, however, the water from the tap is never been cleaned

The team were amazing from the moment we arrived and could not rate them high enough. The resort is a little dated in the pool and entry areas but still well maintained. The room was great but there was a little bit of mould in the shower area. Overall this was another great stay.

The fact that there is no airport shuttle from the airport makes the transportation difficult. We had to rent a car which was difficult to drive since we are not used to the flow of traffic. Taxi drivers do not speak or understand English. This is a general problem in Bangkok and Phuket

The staff were all very polite, helpful & friendly. Rooms ideal for two people sharing. Breakfast was plentiful & varied. Well done Doubletree Phuket, would definitely return one day.
