Property inside need some TLC. Rooms could be cleaner along with the tub. I noticed black mole growing in the corner of the tub and the shower head needs to be removed and soaked in bleach. Also the smell as you walk in needs to be addressed also. I couldnt get a refund through the 3rd party site i booked.

The pool is closed there is no hot tub. It's dirty it stinks like Indian food my bathtub looks like it should have been replaced 10 years ago. They say they have a breakfast no they haven't a basket full of mini muffins. Truck parking does not exist it's all a lie I can't believe that Wyndham has let this place be an ambassador for their brain

Certainly dated flooring, tile and bed covers. The connection between the shower and tub was broken to where the water went both into the tub and shower, therefore, water pressure from the shower head was poor. Air conditioner vents could not be adjusted so the air blew up into the curtains and never truely cooled the room due to humidity outside.

Dank and it stank.
The hotel smelled horrible. The carpet in the room had multiple gum or some other substance sticking to it. One lamp was missing shade and bulb, bathroom tub floor was scarred. Water was lukewarm in shower. Sheets and towels were paper thin and rough. Sheets appeared clean but the comforter and blanket were not. Worst hotel I’ve visited in 15 years

I understand that this is a lower cost property so I have lowered my expectations accordingly. With that said, here is where this property fell short, specific to my room (217). The bath tub is terribly stained with mildew, mold and rust spots. The round table in the room fell and nearly broke my toe when a placed my backpack on it. The top was not attached to the base (looked liked it broke off at one point and someone just set it back on). The hair dryer was not functional. There was gum stuck to the carpet.
