The lady at check in was great - friendly and informative. The overall ambience of the lobby was clean. The bed was clean. That’s where the positives end unfortunately. The room smelled like pee, there was hair on the bathroom floor, garbage by the tv, the pillows were haggard and small and lumpy with more pillowcase than pillow, the whole pool area was meh-old and in need of repairs, hot tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a bit- the foam was astounding and brown nasties before we even got in. There no drinking water that tasted good- no vending machine that had bottled water only one that was half full with snacks. We decided to forgo the breakfast and head out. Thanks for the bed to rest our head!

I always stay at this hotel, when in Kenai. The recent upgrades were sn unexpected bonus, in the bathrooms and dining room for breakfsdt. My stay was excellent, restful and the hot breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend this hotel for all ages!

Had a great stay. My husband had an unexpected meeting that he had to be on his computer for even after a late check out. They opened up a private meeting room for him while I packed up everything and got ready to go. Very clean place and kind, personable staff willing to go the extra mile.

The hotel lost our reservation, which was made 6 months earlier, meaning we had to move our lodging 3 different times in a 4 day trip. Terrible service. Terrible hotel.
