The hotel could be better in every aspect. Customer service at front desk not quite the best. Charging $49 as resort fee plus $10 for parking seems a lot. And it does not feel as a resort with amazing customer service. Beach area was really quiet (at least play some music) maybe for the sunset …no customer service or anything to make your experience better. Tons of mosquitoes next to our room this can be address easily by fumigating and checking daily. Our sink was damaged. Rugs in lobby going to restaurant were very dirty and outdated. We ordered a chicken paella at the main restaurant and it came with 2 tiny pieces of chicken we had to request more. Little details that can be fix and experience would be much better.

The resort is very nice, the common areas are very pleasant, the staff can improve their treatment. Disadvantageous point is the quality of sleep and rest, allowing children on the property makes it very noisy from very early in the morning and the cleaning employees also do not see silence and rest

Breakfast included is not true. Food is terrible. Service time for breakfast is forever Service time at night is very good, the food terrible. We only went first night for dinner and fir breakfast just the second day. Never lunch. Was that bad that decided not to reapeat a dinner ir breakfast again. The guy in the lobby that susppose to help you with your suitcase and carries on plus help you find your room nexts to be educated about what his possition is and whats the goal from this Hotel to have this guy that does not stop talking laud and unprofessional is. And so far is scaring costumer not helping. He is needs to have some limits when in comes to approach client.

Love this hotel will come back!

This was our second trip and well worth coming back! Love that we can bring the pup everywhere! Love how many trees are on property and so many shady secluded spots.

We had such a great time here, rooms are spacious and clean. Food was delicious, lobster quesadilla was the best. For sure we will be back soon!
