Old building with some new features. The room has old and smelly refrigerator. The shower head was dangling from the wall. The check in and the check out process is done from a kiosk with the attendant outside the location. It’s pretty cool. The breakfast is frozen bagel with egg, cheese, and sausage, individually wrapped muffin, and waffles, yogurt, apple, banana, cereal, coffee, apple juice and orange juice.

Put in wrong room and had to move, house keeping only every three days, not daily. No fresh towels or service at front desk. Didn't like having to ask the kiosk for service. Continental breakfast isn't really up to standard. Only thing we liked was how close the hotel was to the beach

First night I woke up to water on bathroom floor. Had to change rooms. Beds are hard and uncomfortable.Ice machine on my floor never worked. Water cut off for several hours one day for repairs. Parking is not great. Hotel is extremely noisy! You hear all the road traffic and other rooms.

I have never stayed at such a dirty place. I was absolutely shocked. First of all, the bathroom floors were covered in sand. Clearly they were not cleaned. The furniture in the room was NOT clean, and the mirrors and glass doors were not clean. The only thing that appeared clean were the beds. We didn’t have a choice once we had checked in, we had to stay. If we could have found another place on such short notice, we would have left. Never have I ever been so dissatisfied. I will NEVER stay at a Wyndham property. I am considering requesting a FULL refund. It was AWFUL. I hate to leave negative reviews, and try extremely hard to make lemonade out of lemons. But this was just an all around rotten experience!

The property was great it was clean. The only bad thing was checking in and out with the guy in the box. There is no human working the front desk. All guest were very polite and considerate even though there was little to no management on site at night.

Room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was not very good, decided to get breakfast somewhere else. Hotel is just across the street from the beach with walkway onto beach. Pool looked good, it rained during our stay so did not use it. Was not able to get receipt at checkout. They said the internet was down. They said they would email one to me but never did. I saw another person trying to checkout with the machine they have when no one is at the desk. He was wanting a receipt as well but could not get one. If you need a receipt for your stay I would not expect to get one.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
No staff for check in. (Use computer with FaceTime a man in another country who doesn’t really speak English) our room was so so hot! Loud slamming doors by our rooms for people who needed to access outside rooms on the 4th floor. Couch bed was horrible. Huge sinking in whole in the middle. No tub blocker so we could bathe our toddler. Needed our service dog with our son and front desk lady refused us to bring him upstairs to floor 4. Loud humming over one bed maybe from ac unit
