My tub had mold in it and the bathroom ceiling was molded too...the room was clean. But no one was there in the office at check out time.If you reserve the room online, they surprise you with a pet fee for each animal at check in. No bed bugs in my room.Staff at check in was friendly.

I had to do a long drive and stopped in the middle of the night for a little rest and the staff was very friendly, quick to get me in my room, and the place was super quiet so I was able to go right to sleep. Great place!

Breakfast is not available. They had a sign in the lobby that said it was discontinued because of Covid. My visit was in July 2024, so that excuse really isnā€™t viable anymore. The rate was very inexpensive, so you certainly get what you pay for. It was fine for a quick sleep stop after a long drive. The clerk behind the counter was very nice and accommodating.

Unprofessional
Check-in was unprofessional and awkward. Clerk was sitting in entrance couch, whole body splayed out, while she was eating some microwaved slop and focused on her phone. Instead of greeting, she opened with, "Do you need something?" Upon being behind the counter, she was inattentive, as if I were a distraction for her to get back to her phone. The room uses Styrofoam cups for coffee -- exactly opposite to eco-aware. Carpet hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. Don't go barefoot on these carpets. Other customers were permitted to stay in the parking lot late into the night, with their noises. Poor location -- no real healthy food options nearby.

The filthiest hotel I ever seen. Thankfully I had chlorox wipes in the car and Lysol spray.

Outlets were out of the wall, dead bugs all over the floor, bed comforters with burn holes in non-smoking rooms, phones were down the entire time, towels were dirty, toilet paper was dirty, floor was scratched and dirty, counters were dirty, toilet paper holder was covered in rust, deep scratches in the linoleum, air conditioning was more like a swamp cooler, everything was covered in a layer of dust or bugs including the bathtub.
