Roach Motel… Do not stay here! Shortly after arriving to our room on the second floor, my daughter picked up one of the pillows on the bed to find a live cockroach under it. This was so disturbing, we immediately got our stuff and left. We went to the lobby desk to let them know we couldn’t stay there after finding the unwanted guest. The young lady at the desk informed me she could refund me everything for the four night stay, except the first night. She said they have a 24 hr. Cancellation policy, but I could call the manager in the morning and maybe he would refund the one night. By the morning the partial refund still had not been processed. When I called, the manager refused to give me a full refund. He said he would refund the deposit, three night stay and half the first night. When I told him that was unacceptable, he put the phone down and left me hanging. I called Wyndham Hotels and Resorts customer service and was told I had to take up the matter with the hotel management. If I had booked the room with Wyndham, they would have given me a full refund. Since I booked it through Expedia, I called them and was told the same thing, had to take it up with the hotel management. Unfortunately, the management is piss poor, just like the rooms.

Decent, cheap stay
Not amazing, but not bad! About what you’d expect for a mega cheap hotel. We only slept and showered/got ready there, so I’m not sure how it is during the day. Surprisingly quiet at night, never had any sound complaints. The staff were friendly, considerate, and helpful.

People blasting music in the parking lot on multiple occasions. Place needs security. Sketchy people in the parking lot. Walked into the room. Took me several tries to find a working light bulb. No trash can in room. Room smelled like smoke. Will not return.

The property is much better than it used to be, still a few “undesirables walking around at night and hanging out around the courtyard area. Was a nice stay and great staff at check in and check out as well as the numerous times I called to modify my reservation, staff was awesome and very helpful. Keep up the good work guys!!

One towel for 3 guests. No wash cloths or hand towels. Asked staff 3 times for additional towels, did not receive them. Homeless camp at the edge of the property. Men fighting outside our door. Drain clogged with clump of hair. We won’t stay at this property again.

The hotel in general was acceptable. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, the cleaning service did address and correct the situation in a timely manner which was good. Front desk staff was pleasant.

Well, first of all the rooms are trashed. The entire property smells like weed. There is also a homeless camp right behind the back fence of the property. The property is also right on the corner by the highway so it was a pain to get out of the parking lot. Would not recommend.

The toilet backed up we told front desk 3 times! We left for day to go see or don't at Fort Hood! Asked that they leave towels an take dirty towels an clean waste cans an attend to toilet. Nothing was done! Bathroom is way to small! Tub was so high I had trouble getting in an out! Will not stay here again!

You know I wasn't sure about this but it ended up being great! We were right by the pool which was mostly empty all the time .. and the lady at the front desk with blonde hair was an absolute gem! I wish I got her name.. she was so professional and handle multiple things at one time. Great worker.
