Staff would not let us into the building. We had to talk through a small window. The clerk was hard to understand and spoke very softly. She offered no help at all. We asked to speak to the manager but she said he was not there.

Iā€™m a trucker so as long as I can get some rest watch movies play my game Iā€™m easy , roaches everywhere had to throw my food out I brought from Walmart after checking in, files relentless, NO internet whatsoever had to check in from outside , just gonna have to start booking better inns

There were cockroaches in alllll of the rooms. They moved us to 3 different room each one having at least 5 roaches.. when the manager finally said ā€œevery room have a little bit of cockroachesā€ so if that doesnā€™t concern you I donā€™t know what will. DONT STAY HERE!

I booked a room and when I got there, I was not impressed. To top it off, they said I didn't not have a reservation. I asked multiple times how that could be. The person at the desk finally showed me a screen on the computer that said the manager deleted the reservation. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said that is not possible.

When I arrived they said they were overbooked and didnā€™t have a room for me and said to call hotels .com for a refund so I did that and hotels .com is refusing to make it right !! Be careful using them they are scam artists !!
