Stayed in the two bedroom suite which had multiple issues. First the keys to the room wouldn’t work & we had to get new room keys a couple of times then needed the front desk person to come try. One key didn’t work and clearly the battery was dying on the lock but no maintenance was called to fix this. One of the room phones didn’t work, one of the air conditioners in the second room was broken, the bathroom fan was broken, there was no bath mat in the slippery tub for my elderly parents. Walked to the fro t desk to ask for additional towels and the front desk lady said she would call room service who would be by soon but it was over an hour later. Not a very good experience for the price we paid and now leaves a bad taste for this hotel chain going forward. Plus what they indicated online that they have onsite is not accurate-there is no casino and the outdoor pool wasn’t up and running.

You can do better than this property. The pictures shown on Expedia are apparently very old. There is no breakfast area because there is no breakfast. Everything in the room was very old. The fan in the bathroom sounded like an air plane and the heating and cooling was the same. There are 4 floors but only 3 floors are accessible by elevator so there is no handicap access to the 4th floor. This is not mentioned anyplace on the site. We were booked to a 4th floor room and my wife is not able to do stairs. They would not cancel the and let us out of the reservation. The only choice they offer was an upgrade for more money. I will never stay at this hotel again and I am pretty sure this will be my last Expedia reservation as well.

The room was not handicap accessible as I had a flight of stairs to climb and I am handicapped and have difficulties with walking. I was only offered a change in rooms if I up graded and would have been charged more.

My husband and I booked a nice room with a jacuzzi as we were going for our honeymoon. We checked in and once we got into our room we were welcomed with a smell of must. I was surprised as most hotel rooms smell clean and have a bleach smell. We noticed the room was very dark and my husband tried turning on the lights and noticed most of the light fixtures were missing light bulbs. This caused the room to be very dark. I then went to the bathroom where I noticed the bathroom door wouldn’t shut. After inspecting it I noticed there was a metal plate built into the indent of the frame causing the door to not latch. My husband then noticed mold around one of the lampshades, mold across the window in the door, mold in the closet, and mold in the fridge. We went to the front desk and voiced our concerns and was greeted by rude remarks and constantly told the woman had to call her manager. The manager then told us we couldn’t get a refund and gave us a number for a corporate office and told us “they probably won’t give you a refund but you can try” which was extremely unhelpful. We were told maintenance could come to the room which they did to put more light bulbs in but did not fix anything else. We ended up getting a room across the street at Ramada Inn. Comfort Choice then said they could transfer our stay to Ramada. They ended up voiding our payment which is confusing since we were told we couldn’t get a refund. I will stray everyone I can away from this hotel.

Absolutely filthy. Even basic parts of the hotel in poor repair like the fronts of radiators missing. The couch in our room with multiple stains. Smelled like mildew. Toilet wouldn't flush reliably. Carpet has clearly never been cleaned. This place is disgusting.

There were broken lights in the bathroom , the toliet moves when you sit down, the room could have been cleaned better, broken furniture, mattress wasnt the greatest, and they didnt clean our room. The water feautre was nice for the kids as my kids enjoyed it. It was wallable to the boat.

We had an issue from the beginning when the toilet clogged and it took entirely too long for maintenance to show up. We asked for a refund and were turned down but offered a suite. We decided to take it but the first thing we did was flush the toilet and that one clogged as well. They offered another suite and against our better judgment, we took it and the toilet worked! However, our luck ran out the next day, because it also clogged. Not sure what their plumbing issue is but they seem to be in denial about. Told them we were checking out early, asked again for a refund but all we were given was a number to call. And I forgot to mention that the first 2 rooms had phones that did not work whatsoever so we had to call the hotel from our cell phone and be put on hold to make our initial complaint. All 3 rooms were dirty, the hotel smelled bad and the windows were covered with bugs (inside).

We have stayed at Bayside and Crown choice and are sad to see that the hotels and the waterparks conditions have deteriorated. Such a great place to vacation so why not take the time to do some renovations and or repairs.

There were no locks on the outside doors, anyone could walk into the hotel and kid-nap your kids, steal anything they want, or just be a creeper. The front door for some reason was locked at like 7pm, which made no sense. The hotel has an open tunnel connecting to the next-door hotel and could easily be accessed and cause harm to families or personal items. The pool only had 1 door that was open, in the event of an emergency I doubt anyone would get out safely. The pool had exposed wired literally coming out of the pool and was covered by an orange cone. No soap in the bathooms in the pool area and could have easily broken an arm or neck slipping on the actual water park area. This place had no food options, and only 1 vending and ice machine that was operable. Rooms were dated and I doubt the carpets have been cleaned ever. Truly a terrible experience...

SPIDERS!!!
Expected it to be old , but the dmaged furniture in our room could be repaired. No suitcase holder. MANY LARGE SPIDERS hanging over stairway between hotel and water park scared out 9 year old grandaughter. More spiders in gameroom.

We liked the location, and we really liked the fact that we could get a room with a king bed, and two queens. Very good for a family of four. The bed layout is why we chose this hotel. But the condition of the hotel needs major work. The property has significant external and internal maintenance needs. There were two packages of coffee shoved in between the exhaust fan and the ceiling in the bathroom. I assume to keep it from shaking. Spider webs in the room that need removed. The whole property needs a lot of attention and a major renovation. It does not appear much investment is being made in the property condition.
