It feels very new, is very clean and modern. Bed was comfortable, staff was wonderful. Only comment would be that upon entering the hotel in the main lobby, there is an astonishingly strong artificial smell ( some kind of deodorizer, or ambient room scent). It's way way too strong and very artificial smelling. I'd tone it down. Even the front desk staff acknowledged this. Area is by the highways, airport.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist with any needs or questions I had. The property itself is well-maintained and inviting. My room was clean, modern, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The common areas, including the lobby and breakfast area, were also spotless and well-organized. One of the highlights of my stay was the attentive and friendly staff.

We arrived late because United airlines is inept and flight was delay because they forgot refreshments. Took them a hour to get them. fairfield inn without informing us gives us a handicap accessible room. Cant open window for fresh air. No regular coffee only decaf…. This place sucks. There are better places to stay. Stay away

I did appreciate the stay at the hotel. The only issue was the body odor from the male employee from housekeeping wearing a cap or hat. Please tell your employee not to smell like that. I didn't travel two miles to smell awful body odor.

Even though we confirmed we wanted maid service at the beginning of our stay. They never came to clean the room. We had to go ask for clean towels. Also, the evening we wanted to go to the pool there was a sign saying it was closed. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.
