Great Hotel
We have family in the area and have stayed at this hotel maybe 4-5 times. after trying other hotels nearby we like this one the best. Its a bit out of the chaos of Pigeon Forge which is nice but close enough to get to places easily. If you get a room on the parking lot side you get a parking lot light in your window, as they are angled towards the hotel. If you are on the other side of the hotel you get a mountain or woods view . This time we had a balcony and fireplace room. Fireplace is ELECTRIC wish I saw that beforehand. Thought it would had been gas. The balcony also has a bright light on it but it wasn't as bad as the parking lot side. ( even with blackout drapes) Breakfast is great and varies day by day. Staff is friendly and insightful. Has indoor and outdoor pool. Could NOT get into the fitness center, key cards would not work. Never inquired about it though. Will definitely stay again.

Coming from out of state we didnā€™t really know the area of this hotel. Previous reviews helped me choose this hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff were polite and friendly. Kids loved the swimming pool and to our surprise the outdoor pool was still open as well! In our state the outdoor pools close at the beginning of September so my son was excited to splash around outside and then come inside for the indoor pool. Close to a lot of food places and things to do for fun as well. We were pleased that the breakfast wasnā€™t your typical ā€œcrappy hotel breakfastā€. There were many options for all of our picky eaters. Waffles, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, French toast stick and many other things to choose from. Very happy with our stay we will definitely be back to visit some of the other attractions nearby. The only negative part of our stay was the internet wasnā€™t connecting for my laptop but in the end it was no big deal i just used my hotspot. Other than that great stay!

In/out no issues would stay again!
No issues checkin was fine had to wait a moment to be seen but thatā€™s fine. Checked in no issue Checked out no issue Would stay again Was clean and comfy. I DID like the outdoor fire pit area and splash area pretty cool however due to special weather conditions . The splash area wasnā€™t an option, HOWEVER the indoor pool was open till 10!

This was a perfectly adequate hotel. We stayed three nights. The breakfast was good and the young man who prepared it and kept the buffet stocked obviously took pride in his job, which is so hard to find today! My only complaint is that the lobby music was too loud and started at 6am every morning. As our room was only a couple doors down from the lobby on the first floor we could always hear it. If you are on the second or third floor, it may not be an issue.
