It was an okay stay for the night we were there. The environment was not the best. The refrigerator had a smell. The beds were clean and okay. Had to leave the tv on to drown out the sounds.

Parking was right in front of the room. Overall clean but the furniture and carpet is old and should be replaced soon. Love that Dunkin’ Donuts is right next door. The beds were really comfortable had everything we needed for overnight. Price was great

Building needs a pressure cleaning and new paint. Pool.., forget about it, completely out of commission. I got the sense, it was recently bought and maybe new owners are in the mist of refreshing the facility. I observed, new boxed mini fridges lined up in the reception area. Hope they succeed, the motel has potential.

Clean room and reasonable price
Building exterior and location made me hesitate, but the room inside was clean. The motel is a bit old and looks warn, but they are keeping it clean and it seemed like it was safe once I got inside. Surrounded by truck stops, but it wasn't too noisy. Wasn't really all that close to the center of Lake City.

What I expected for the price
Room was clean and beds were comfortable however room was in need of some work like paint and minor repairs. Water took forever to heat up and even after 15 minutes want hot enough for a good shower.

The reception staff are friendly and welcoming! We are repeat visitors and Ralph is a great addition to your team. Clean, comfortable room and amenities match the price point. Thank you for a nice stay!
