The light in our bathroom didn’t work. They couldn’t fix it. Didn’t offer us another room, a discount or even a flashlight so we couldn’t shower or even have any privacy using the toilet. The public bathroom in the pool was filthy.

Day of arrival the bathroom had hair all over, after one night’s stay and room service cleaning, it appeared they didn’t clean much of the bathroom.

Earwigs- Nasty hotel. Do NOT BOOK
There was construction going on which was not mentioned prior to arriving. Our room was dusty, and bathroom was moldy. We also found multiple earwigs and spiders in our room. Pillows were trash and lumpy. We brought up the concerns to the front desk and were brushed off as the were fully booked. No discount or refund offered. Called customer care and was told it could be up to a week before I hear anything in regards to contacting me about my concern.

Sadly, the stay on Friday 7/21/24 was less than stellar. A very musty odor in the building and room. We stayed in a kitchen suite and although we asked for a coffee pot, one was not provided. We had to ask for clothes hangers, iron and ice bucket as well. No utensils, glassware, plates etc were provided or offered after my complaint to the staff. Will not stay here in the future!

Plus side is they remodeled bathrooms and showers were excellent. Downside is needs a bit of refreshing such as curtains are not far from coming down, floors were dirty and found a few ants on floor. We booked a room for 2 nights and way overpriced! $450 is a bit much for the room we got. I probably would not stay there again although gal was accommodating behind desk. Our tv would not work so she did finally run down a remote that would work. Took 4 different remotes to work, So very pricy for what we got.

Not many choices of places to stay in Burlington, WI but this place was a disaster. When we walked in our toilet had diarrhea just sitting in it. There was also stains on the comforter and it had a damp feeling to it. The lamp shades were also disgusting with stains. Overall I am not impressed whatsoever and highly suggest staying somewhere else even if the cost is higher.

We had a very nice, quiet stay. Room and hotel were recently remodeled and clean and in nice shape. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but they both looked good. Will stay there again when we come back to town.

We had our service digs with us. The website said pet friendly. They let us stay the night, but they claimed no pets. Need to update their information. Hot tub and pool area old and needed cleaning. All good. Made it through the night. Breakfast was good.
