In a very nice setting in the Adirondacks. Room was large and comfortable. Few issues, such as check in was difficult as motel had not sent me the code for the front door. Deck off my room was in dire need of repair and would not recommend using it. No electric kettle was in kitchen as listing had indicated and no cutlery.

The stay, for the most part was comfortable. As previously mentioned, we could have used a second chair. Housekeeping did not leave any coffee for the second day and the coffee cups were not cleaned. I know budgets are tight but it would have nice to have had plastic cups, tissues and paper towels incase of spills

I was confused about checking in. I was not aware that I would be getting a text with a code. When I arrived and the office was closed I called the phone number on the door. Whoever answered was rather rude because I didnā€™t understand the process I looked at my text and did get into my room but I didnā€™t appreciate being made to feel stupid. The room was nice but it was not stocked like I think it was meant to be. Beautiful area

A real home style gem.

Just what I was looking for
Great value. It was in the right spot for my travels, was very reasonably priced, had plenty of amenities, was clean and comfortable, with plenty of room. I liked how it had water and snacks, and a stocked Keurig for coffee. Nice touch!

Great place overall. Reasons for 4 stars instead of 5: water pressure in shower wasn't very good and the water wasn't very hot. And the bed is extremely soft...anybody with a bad back or hips might find this uncomfortable.

Loved our stay at the Maple Leaf Motel. The room was big and the beds were comfortable. Plus we loved that they left some good coffee and oatmeal for breakfast and some snacks too. This was unexpected and great for early hiking mornings. Plus it was quiet but still close to many hikes. Will definitely be back!
