I recall the overall on this property was an excellent rating but no way this is more than just good. Possibly my view was tainted by the terrible shower and the constant skunk weed smell.

This place is always my getaway. I love the location and I always feel safe when I am there. The problem was room #507 had a funky odor that I could not figure out. I don’t know if it had water damage to the carpet or vomit, but whatever it was it was strong and it smelled terrible. The room itself appeared to be clean, but something was obviously going on and needs to be addressed before someone else stays in the room.

So-so is this place - you get what you pay for
Hotel is a 2-star and it's a 2-star. The curtains, tub, etc. show wear. Didn't eat the breakfast but it seemed pretty OK. No real cream for the coffee.

Check in was easy. Little wait but the staff can’t control that. Our room wasn’t ready even though it was 8pm and we were the last to check in but they comped us for the wait. The staff was very nice and friendly. Room was bigger than i anticipated!

The front desk was very helpful and very polite parking was very easy. Pool was a nice size , heated and looked very clean. However, I didn’t like how they didn’t change the bedsheets every day correct me if I’m wrong but most hotels change your bedsheets every day they literally only came in and took out the trash didn’t even provide New towels etc

Nothing was unique,it was oh ok property,looks like going down hill from last visit 2 yrs ago.the hair dryer didnt work,leaking in bathroom area over toliet from ceiling.food and drinks freeze in frigarator.also we didnt pay pet deposit last visit either.front desk said was in website,but I didnt see it.as far as building,elevators walls are peeling,looks like it could use fresh paintibg outside,pieces missing on doors and walls.and I got a call christmas eve from front desk saying i had to come back do to my dog barking a,ot at 630 pm,but when we hot bag their was a chawawa on our floor barking since we got back at 7 pm til 1030 pm and no one reported it.i dont even tbink it was my dog cause the disturbance first all.just saying.she was fine sunday and monday nites while we were out.cant say ill return anytime soon.thanks,unhappy customer
