I stayed here again from 6/22-6/24 & I stayed here from 11/24/23 until 11/27/23. Both times staff were excellent, room was clean, hotel was clean, and while there was some litter outside I think it was teenagers being teenagers. The bed was comfortable, I wish I had a bath tub, I didn’t have one last time either. I wanted to try the pool and hot tub again because I didn’t have a tub, my only issue was the chlorine was SO strong that after I went I last time not even being in the hot tub for hour my eyes were burning, as were my nose and throat, and my throat continued to burn long after I got out that night, after I showered that night, and into the next morning. If I were to stay here again I went to the area but there was a kid and their father was not. Not an issue , they are allowed, I just wanted quiet. The restaurant in the lobby was okay, the food options were boring and I went with Grubhub again. The buffet for breakfast was the same as last time, plain bagels, muffins, fruit and yogurt, apple and orange juice, scrambled eggs, home fries and sausage, but they had bacon this time. They still only had Starbucks coffee. If you are a Dunkin Donuts person, sorry, they have one very close by. They had more do not disturb signs and one for pets.

Only one major complaint with the bed facing the window, there is a large wall locker that makes it hard to watch the television...the stay was great, the location was great....It was explained that breakfast was free but that's not the case...with the cost of the rooms etc..it should be a free option...or an option to add on the room fee..

No hot water, but clean and friendly
The room was spacious and neat, the pull out bed had a spot on it that looked dirty and washable. We had to ask for bedding for it. We had NO warm or hot water in the morning! This made the AM not only uncomfortable but also caused us to be late for out day. The 15 dollar breakfast voucher although courtious was used to simply pick out a juice and fruit cup since the servous was a little slow being the breakfast rush.
