For a one night stay it's just okay. I would not stay again, but if you're trying to save some money this worked but I would not stay more than 1 night. Carpets in hall were gross. Rooms had been redone, no carpets which was good, but on toilet was a handicapped handlebar which we would not even touch it looked so gross. Toilet made noise off & on all night, but the person at front desk was very kind though.

Walking around the room turned my white socks black. The overall condition was good otherwise. The beds were not comfortable to sleep in, but we are older and require a bit more softness. The continental breakfast could have had a few more choices. So, we would not return to stay as other hotels in the area comparably priced have been better.

I didn’t know I would be charged 2x for my room and then have to wait 5-10 business days for it to come back. The bed was dirty, I always check for bugs and I noticed a lot of dirt and hair left in the creases and on the box springs. It was very noisy starting at 5am and didn’t let up. Not a good experience for me.

Never checked in at the hotel. But they still charge me for a stay that I never checked into their hotel. They charge my card before I left my destination. I wasn't in person, I opt to pay upon arrival. That sucks that they didn't wait. Did call The person that answered the phone from the Days inn wasn't listening and hung up on me. Wasn't satisfied at all with the customer service! They never heard my explanation of not or reason why I did not check in. Person that was at the counter that I was talking to kept telling me about a manager coming. I believe with all my heart that I was talking to the manager and they just didn't want to refund my money. So further action is being taken. So right now I pretty much have a bad taste in my mouth about this hotel!

Upon arrival, I felt catfished .This hotel was a dump.I checked in looked at my room and then left to go look for another place to stay.there was black mold in the windows, the toilet seat was faded, the tub discolored, stains on the sheet. There were people who looked like.locals in the hotel.The front desk staff offered me another room , it was just as smelly and moldy.I didnt care if I had already paid, I gave back my keys and paid double to stay across the street at La Qunta Never in my life I have done this forfeit money because a place was so disgusting, smelly, outdated and flat out nasty. the staff was apologetic, but it isnt their fault.The Management need to do better and have corporate do an upgrade. Had I slept there I woildve caught something, bed bugs, staph, asthma , you name it.Days Inn you can do better. Way better!!!!
