It's a very nice hotel and property. Definitely top-notch, five star type facility. Staff is very friendly, the hotel was very busy the last few days so parking was a bit difficult but other than that it was very nice experience.

Good Place
The entire staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Our room was comfortable the only downside was the bathroom was a little small and not as updated like other hotels we have stayed at. Overall the hotel was very clean and inviting. We ate at the hotel and the food was decent and the prices were inline with what you received. Alex the bartender was exceptional and very personable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and it’s location in Lancaster is in approximately to many places you would want to visit.

I am a cleaning a lady. I clean for a living and all I kept thinking was how unsanitary it was. There was dog pee multiple times inside and outside right at walk way and there was pee stains on my toliet and finger prints all over the windows, leather couch, microwavewas distrusting. I just feel like somone could be there more often keeping up with lobby and other areas other than the rooms. Its very pretty there, but very dirty.

The property is beautiful, very well maintained, we stayed for 1 night, the staff was friendly. The only downfall was that in our room we found dog food, and that made us pay special attention to the overall cleanness.

Staff was incredibly rude, I spent about 15 minutes following signs to the ice machine to find out there isn’t one on my floor. I called the front desk to ask if I can have some delivered to keep my babies bottles cold, the staff was incredibly rude to me and told me I had to go up the elevator to the 4th floor and get it myself. This facility is also a banquet hall and we got the (un)pleasure of listening to loud music all night it’s like we were sleeping next door to the hall. Oh and open the window to your room? Expect to see a view of the parking lot? No it’s another one of the banquet halls, super weird. Luckily it wasn’t in use. Rooms seamed a bit dated with wallpaper peeling however they were clean dispite the old use coffee cup left in the fridge. Double tree not living up to the Hilton name and we won’t be back.

The staff was wonderful upon our arrival. Lovely greeting. The first floor however had a very strong chemical moth ball smell and the room was musty.
