Great Stay
This is a really nice, simple place to stay. It was clean, and the beds were really comfortable. It's surrounded by farm fields, but it's only minutes from the mall and several restaurants and attractions. I'd definitely stay again.

Need new beds
We got the 3 double bed room and the beds were hard and need replacing! We used all 3 beds and all of us had sore backs the next day. The service for late check in was great . They accommodated our late check in. Itā€™s an older building but was clean. Only complaint is the beds but itā€™s in a beautiful place.

very quiet, off the beaten track of Lancaster area. refurbished rooms and baths. Squeaky beds, and lack of office staffing were the main disappointment. Lack of signage off of rt 340 made it hard to locate, there are two Harvest drives in the area. There sign was knocked over and not visible late at night. Other wise I would use them in the future. It's one of the nicer places in the area.

Zero service. Not even a live person for check in/check out. The office was locked with instructions to call a number which gives you a code to your lock box on your room door that releases a key. Room was tidy but dust covered small coffee machine. AC unit was at the very back of room so did not keep sleeping area cold. Bed had plastic cover on mattress so crackled every time you moved in bed. No security lock on door like most hotels have. Zero parking on 3/4 of this side of building so you had to haul your belongings a ways. Although itā€™s listed as pet friendly, no grass area at all for dogs. Overall disappointing.

Room location was not what I expected. NO VIEW as it appeared in the ad. Did not like the check in procedure. It was cumbersome. Lack of electrical outlets. Clock did not work, outlet on the bedside table lamp did not work. Refrigerator did not work but was replaced promptly. We will not be back or refer.

mattress needs to be replaced!
arrived at hotel, called the phone number they listed in order to check in as this place is 'no contact' check in. line was busy for 5 busy and I had to call many times to see if it becomes available to finally to speak to someone to check in. a simple room with a bed and bathroom, cleaniness is ok. my biggest complaint is the mattress, it desparately needs to be replaced. when we sleep in it, the center sinked in so much that it feels we are sleeping in a hole, and we both are pretty light weight thin people. the bed was so uncomfortable that I woke up early and didn't want to go back to sleep. I'd rather sit in chair than sleeping.

Great location in Amish country. Clean. Worst bed ever in Room 17: Every little movement made loud squeaking and the mattress had no support. Appliances are loud. Walls are thin, so I heard every cough and conversation of my neighbors. Shower water was warm, not hot. This room might be acceptable at $99, but not at $175.

We have stayed there in years past. Love the location due to be close to Amish farms in the vicinity and watching the buggies going by. It was very clean and they even left clean towel on the door for us. It's close to the farmers markets. Love going to Lancaster.

3 beds, clean, but noisy at times
3 beds in room. Pleasant receptionist on site Friday night. Rooms very nice, very clean, good maintenance. 3 negatives - shower/bath is noisy from multiple rooms away, shower/bath water temperature can gradually change drastically, and noise from cars/people in the parking lot.

I liked that it was away from all of the noise, and they allowed us to check in early. I was surprised when the website said the rooms were newly renovated because it seemed pretty run down to me. The bathtub wasn't the cleanest, the beds were squeaky every time you tried to get comfortable, and our feet got dirty from walking around with no shoes on inside the room. Safety was a concern as you could wiggle the deadbolt on the door. It wasn't the worst place that we've stayed before but would consider staying there if we visit the area again.
