Going from the rating in Expedia and the price I definitely expected this hotel not to be so run down. Our first room had an adjoining door and I could hear the person next door watching a video on their phone so loudly I knew I couldn't possibly stay in that room. I'm a really light sleeper. There were also teenagers running up and down the hall and that too was loud and pretty annoying. I asked to change room and the front desk kindly accommodated us. That's the first time I've ever done that, but the sound was that bad. I would say the staff was a 10 and the hotel was a 4.

We'll stay here again
Attention at the front desk was excellent - she was kind, attentive, informative. Room was large, two queen beds but plenty of walk-around space. Fully equipped as advertised. Coffemaker is a single serve Keurig using standard pods. Room was very clean, and was serviced daily, which was very nice (other hotels we've used only clean every other day). Bathroom has a walk-in shower that has doors with a great seal...no leakage onto the floor.] We'll definitely stay here again.

It was very close to the town of Lititz. Friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast,very clean rooms. If I had to find something on the con side it would be the water pressure in the shower.

Comfortable hotel, convenient location. Clean, some spots on carpeting just from wear in hallways. Shower water did not get cold, maintained a hot temperature. Water from faucet tasted great, which is very unusual. Very pleased with our stay.

Very loud was not a place to relax and get away from normal life. Cleaners were very loud in the morning and all I heard was kid running around all day and night due to the wrestling tournament that was going on unfortunately

We traveled for a funeral and we found the holiday inn due to convenience in location and pet friendly. It was great to have breakfast option at the hotel. Only thing that would have been nice is overall update. The eating area and some rugs off the elevators and into the hotel looked old and stained. Staff was amazing and friendly. I think an update to the hotel would make the overall experience grear
