We had higher expectations from a Hilton for an anniversary stay. For the almost $200 we paid for the room to have it be mediocre was disappointing. We decided to pay an additional fee for the convenience of breakfast at the hotel, it was cold and the service was poor. When your waiter scratches his armpit before delivering a meal (to another table), is nauseating.

Comfortable, clean, and great service, true to the brand! The pool had a fun wave feature and the join was comfortable. Fitness room was well stocked and clean. Lobby was great for working in when you didn’t want to be in your room. Beds were comfortable. My only negative comment is that there was some staining in the hallways but nothing too bad.

It was a little noisy from adjoining rooms and above and below . Finally around midnight things calmed down. Didn’t like the showers compared to other Hilton places we’ve stayed and the temperature never was quite hot enough.

Overall staff was good. However, we were not satisfied with the housekeeping staff that was cleaning our area of rooms. We did not get their name, but (she) appeared female, perhaps African American, average height. We did not request turn down service the entire time, all we requested was additional towels and a couple other items. When approached, the staff member appeared annoyed and appeared to roll their eyes. Another day the same thing happened, and when asked if it was an inconvenience for them, they said they were “short on towels.” We have never had an issue requesting additional towels and actually thought it was easier than them having to turn down the whole room. Additionally, the room was not as clean initially as we would have expected. We love staying at this establishment, and have stayed many times before, and it should be noted, this experience was out of the ordinary.

When we went to check in at 4:00 our room still wasn’t ready. We had to wait an additional half hour to be able to check in. The room was nice and clean. The facilities were nice. For a stay of over $200 a night, the breakfast buffet should have been included.
