Great location. Room was nice and spacious for a family of four. Pull out sofa was comfortable for my pre-teen. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice, clean and relaxing. Breakfast was good and many options if you have picky eater like I do. Staff were pleasant and friendly.

Property cancelled our reservation 15 min before our arrival at 9:45 pm and said that expedia overbooked our room which we know was not the case as we had booked it over a week ahead. Im pretty sure that they sold it out from under us. Expedia got us another room at a different hotel so they did take care of getting us a place to stay. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

This property was just wonderful and every sense of the word. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the bed was absolutely comfortable. I can’t get over how soft the sheets were. The breakfast was a typical Continental breakfast, although it was really nice to have several hot options. My only complaint is that the person working when I checked out was very rude to staff, and also not very friendly to guests. When I asked if I could check out she pointed to a box that I could not see as it was behind a sign. I asked if she wanted me to put the keys in there and she said yes, rolled her eyes and started complaining how she couldn’t get access to her computer program. Not gonna determine if I am in the area. I will definitely stay here again.
