The rooms are very outdated and run down. In the South tower the tv kept shutting on and off so we "upgraded" to the beach tower and a river view. You need to be on the 5th or 6th floor to have a view of the river and the end of the halls of you don't want half a view of the roof. We were place in the center of the 5th floor so we saw both. However our shower was broken, and we could not get it fixed or any additional amnenities until our last night. Even after MANY phone calls. On top of all that, the ATMs in the casino would not give cash, telling people to "contact your bank" and forced you to go to the cage and pay a higher fee. I called my bank, as did another person we were traveling with in case it was our cards and were both told the area was flagged for fraudulent activity and apologized for the inconvenience. We met another couple in the Elevator who also had to call their bank. The pool area is amazing but we would not stay here again.

The entire first floor smells disgusting from all the smoke. Our room was not vacuumed, crumbs and nail clippings on the floor. The carpet was stained. The window had spider webs with insects and mold. Huge layer of dust on the lamp and headboard I booked the pool specifically for the pool, however it was closed. HORRIBLE, would not recommend.

This hotel was okay. Our shower was clogged When i called the front office they never came to fix it. Overall nice pool for the kids.

It’s a perfect place to get away tucked away in Laughlin, the pool was my favorite spot to hang out! The food is really good and they give big portions. My husband and I had a good time. The only downfall, the beds & pillows were not to comfortable, & the tub had dark stains, which kind of grossed me out, but despite that we would return.

Nice and quiet place.
Low key and relaxing. Only spent the night and did a little gaming. The food is average nothing spectacular, but definitely not terrible. The staff was friendly, a couple of them were slighty off putting. Over all its clean, Quiet, and right on the river. I enjoyed my morning walk along the river. I would definitely stay again I felt safe on property doing a solo trip.

Terrific Stay on the Colorado River
Great place to take the family with the beach and the kid friendly pool. The property is clean and is a nice alternative to being in the Hotel zone in Laughlin. The only draw back is the restaurants have limited hours in the hotel and you are far from other restaurants.

The room was very large and very clean. The rest of the resort was also great. We were able to grab fast food and even watch a new movie in the theatre. Staff was very helpful and friendly with both checking in/out and bringing luggage to the room. If anyone is looking for a place to stay in Laughlin, this would definitely be on my list of places to recommend.

Great pool & beach access. Bummed both golf courses were closed for reseading- they should have alternated to have 1 open. Didn’t like that gaming tables closed early & only 2 were open. Staff was friendly
