I was in town due to a family matter. The staff was kind and my room was restocked and clean and crisp when I would return each day. It was so appreciated. I felt safe with all the lighting when walking to and from the parking garage. I would stay here again.

Elevator kept clapping. Jiggling elevator when doors opened felt like it was about to fall. Room sink next door was snakes at 8:30 am and the snake gunk came into our room. Stank up the place. Needs some Reno to be updated. Felt like I got charged twice for resort fee. In the description of the price says 100+ 21 each day for resort, yet they charge again for resort fee when you check in, so instead of 147 for two nights was an additional 40. Needs updating on the site to remove the resort fee for upfront price . It says they charge at home for resort fee but in the price breakdown you’ll see they charge for the fee.

Terrible smell! They need to update the hotel! And actually clean the floors good! There’s was lots of dust everywhere and the bathroom looked so grimy!

The Edgewater is showing its age, and needs renovation. The room was nice enough, but the bathroom was clearly dated. 4 out of 8 elevators were functioning, which led to long waits at every turn - arrival, people going to and returning from the river, departure - it was a mess. Drink service in the casino was fairly regular but the drinks were extremely weak, no doubt to persuade gamblers to purchase drinks, which were also weak. I likely will not return.
