Golden Nugget.
The good thing about the room is the beds were clean and comfortable. The carpet needs replacing. There was a very large stain in front of the door. The tub was two different colors, yellow and white, the grout in the bathroom was crumbling. The room needs a good update. And the room smelled very musty. We ended up leaving a day early. Will be staying somewhere else next time.

Horrible stay
Both nights we were disturbed by the next room's loud television and their multiple barking dogs, only after complaining twice did the hotel speak to them however the disturbance continued until three thirty in the morning, Both nights were horrible! We usually stay at GN but next stay will most likely be at another laughlin hotel.

Our room was disgusting, bathroom disgusting, carpet disgusting, staff was GREAT!!! Took pics to show staff only offered waive of resort fees and send someone to clean the room which is fine and good but how about before we arrived. Husband was sick in the room so unable to let staff in. It was really bad!

First room. Nothing refilled in bathroom. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner bottles in shower all empty. Hair dryer torn from wall and gone. Air conditioner making terrible noises couldn’t use. Bathroom should be condemned. Tried to call front desk. Phone not working. Front desk manager I think , horribly rude completely ignored people trying to check in while on the phone for about 40 minutes. He wasn’t talking to a customer. Someone he worked with. People would try and talk to him, they didn’t exist. I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
