Sure, here's a rewritte I recently stayed in Laughlin while traveling with my dog and specifically chose a pet-friendly hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. Upon arrival, I was informed there would be an additional $92 pet fee that wasn’t clearly disclosed upfront. Since it was late, I didn’t have other options and had to accept the charge. Adding to the disappointment, there was a resort fee, which made what seemed like an affordable stay much more expensive—over $200 in total. The hotel itself showed its age, with broken features like a non-working escalator and other outdated or torn-down amenities. I felt misled by the lack of transparency about fees and was disappointed with the overall condition of the property. This turned what I hoped would be a convenient stop into a frustrating experience.

Well, when we checked in the room was so cold we thought we were going to freeze… We called and they sent an engineer and then the heater worked the next evening. We were so hot. We wanted to cool the room off and the air conditioner wouldn’t work. I think this hotel has the units their air conditioner or Heater and that’s very inconvenient… Otherwise it was pretty good. The hot tub is wonderful. The pool was not warm enough to swim in and closing time at 10 doesn’t really work out either…

This property is very poorly maintained and staff is not motivated. We saw numerous machines on the casino floor that we not functional and staff did nothing to fix them, even after we pointed out they were not working. The room was stifling hot even though it was Mid-December and the mattress was horrible.
